1. Where is the meeting/pick-up point?
The submarine experience operates from Trou‑aux‑Biches. The welcoming desk is located in the courtyard of the restaurant Le Pescatore and Hotel Le Grand Bleu. Dive sites are off Mont Choisy beach.

3. Is there a maximum age limit?
No strict age limit. People well into their 80s have participated. The main constraints are mobility (boarding ladders, walking between vessels).

4. Do I need to know how to dive or swim?
No diving or swimming skills are required. The submarine is pressurized, and all you do is sit and observe.

5. What about health / safety restrictions?

• If you suffer from claustrophobia, this may not be suitable.

• Must be able to climb ladders or move between boats if necessary.

• Under extreme sea/wind conditions, the dive may be delayed or cancelled for safety.

• It’s advised to book early (first days of stay) so you have flexibility in case of weather disruptions.

6. What happens if weather is bad / sea conditions problematic?
Blue Safari may cancel or postpone the dive due to unsafe sea conditions. Guests are informed in advance when possible.

7. How far in advance must I book?
Usually 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. 

8. What languages are supported during the dive commentary?
Pilots/guest commentary is typically offered in commonly used visitor languages (English & French).

9. Is there any weight or size restriction?
No formal public restriction, but participants must comfortably fit and operate boarding moves (step, ladder).

10. Are there restroom / changing facilities?
Yes — at the base / reception facility before boarding.
